We never cut corners, due to the methodical approach we have completed level 3 NVQs in only 6 months, level 6 in only 9 months and level 7 NVQs in 18 months. We assess each candidate’s competence, experience and skill in order to carry out the qualifications and credit framework/national vocational qualification (QCF/NVQ) process.

Managing Director
Sonia has been involved with the management process of NVQs for over 13 years now and has been active in recent years with the HSE’s Working Well Together (WWT) Campaign.
Neil Rawlings
Director & Internal Verifier
Previously Neil was a Quality Systems Manager within the manufacturing industry. He has been our Internal Verifier for over 5 years now and has supported the training of several new Assessors for the centre.
Marie Byatt
Office Manager
Marie has worked for SRP for over 10 years now and project manages our NVQ process. Her other responsibilities include the day to day running of the office and being PA to the Managing Director, Sonia.
Donna Rady
Lead Internal Verifier & Assesor
Donna has 32 years’ experience within the construction industry with over 20 years in various site management positions. She started working for S R Partnership in 2013 as a management assessor before progressing into the EV role in 2014 and then into the lead IV.

Cambridgeshire Skills Funding Project Lead
Louisa is responsible for the smooth running of the NVQ process.

Clare is the newest member of the SRP team and is now responsible for the smooth running of the level 3 FOC project.
