Our streamlined process ensures your senior management capabilities are thoroughly assessed without disrupting your work commitments.

We'll review your experience and develop an assessment plan tailored to your senior management role and responsibilities. This initial meeting helps us understand your specific context and customise the assessment process accordingly.

Our assessors will help you identify and gather relevant workplace evidence that demonstrates your strategic leadership competence. We'll guide you on what documentation and examples will best showcase your management capabilities.

We'll conduct 6-8 on-site assessment visits over 12-18 months, scheduled at your convenience to fit around your work commitments. These visits allow us to observe and assess your management skills in a real-world context.

Through structured conversations, we'll explore your strategic management approach, decision-making, and leadership capabilities. These discussions allow you to explain your thought processes and demonstrate your expertise verbally.

We'll help you compile a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your senior management capabilities across all required units. This portfolio will serve as a permanent record of your competence and achievements.

Upon successful completion, you'll receive your Level 7 qualification, qualifying you for the Black CSCS card and recognising your expertise. This certification validates your position at the highest level of construction management.
